Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Finance Administrator to join a well-established finance team in New Forest, England. You will monitor expenses, update subcontractor insurance and reports, assist with the annual audit and maintain key systems.

The role requires strong IT skills, particularly MS Office and Excel, and a diligent, analytical mindset. Experience in construction finance is advantageous and the ability to chase and report findings is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finance Administrator; construction sector experience is advantageous.
• Strong IT software experience, including MS Office & Excel.
• Diligence and highly analytical nature.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report expenses and company cars, keeping an up-to-date record and chasing where required.
• Update subcontractor insurance and self-bill assignments, whilst monitoring subcontractor order reports
• Assist with the annual audit.
• Management and maintenance of relevant systems.
