A leading construction firm is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee nuclear construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in highly regulated industries, especially in mechanical engineering. Qualifications

  • Experience within a highly regulated industry, preferably Nuclear.
  • Ideally from a Mechanical background, but Electrical and HVAC also considered.
  • Experience in major construction projects.

Engineering Manager - Construction

We are recruiting for aEngineering Manager to oversee construction projects within the Nuclear sector. This is a Site Based role and client is offering a Permanent Salary with an attractive package, alternatively an Inside IR35 Contracting rate.

Essential experience of the Construction Engineering Manager

  • Experience of operating within a highly regulated industry, preferably Nuclear
  • Ideally Mechanical but electrical and HVAC also considered
  • Experienced in delivering and operating within major construction projects
  • Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Experience
  • Demonstrable experience relating to stakeholder management, organisation, planning, installation, quality, health and safety
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and contractors
  • Previous experience of Joint Venture Partnerships

Qualifications

  • Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent working experience
  • Relevant Professional Accreditation (e.g. Project Management, Construction, Engineering) and/or equivalent working experience
  • IOSH or NEBOSH
