Construction Disputes Supervising Associate - Bristol

Join a growing team tackling high-stakes construction disputes across the UK and internationally at a leading international law firm with a base in Bristol. From complex adjudications to multi-party arbitrations, you can expect to advise top-tier clients including insurers, contractors, and developers on everything from policy coverage to professional risk.

The successful construction solicitor will work on major infrastructure, transport, energy, and engineering projects, often involving NEC and FIDIC contracts. A solid grasp of TCC procedure and adjudication is essential; familiarity with ICC, LCIA, and cross-border enforcement is a bonus.

Requirements
  • 3-6 years' PQE in construction litigation/arbitration
  • Experience with NEC/FIDIC and other standard forms
  • Strong knowledge of adjudication and TCC practice
  • Fire safety experience would be an advantage
  • Commercially savvy, client-focused, and team-oriented
  • Strong business development and networking skills
