Construction Disputes Solicitor – 6-month Contract (FTC or Daily Rate)

Location: London or Bristol

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract or Daily Rate (Inside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

Our client, a leading international law firm is seeking a senior Construction Disputes Solicitor to join its highly regarded team on an initial six-month contract, with strong potential for extension. This is a key hire to support a significant volume of new instructions from a major developer client. The role can be based in London or Bristol.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of contentious construction matters, with a particular focus on building safety, fire safety regulation, and construction defects. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collegiate and well-established team, contributing to high-value, complex disputes.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with ideally a minimum of 6 years’ PQE (no maximum level)
  • Solid experience in construction disputes, exposure to building and fire safety regulation and defects disputes is essential
  • Available to start at short notice by mid-September
  • Comfortable working within an Inside IR35 arrangement
