KONE is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and services with an emphasis on establishing policies that minimise legal and commercial risk. The role supports operations in Great Britain and Ireland, with additional assistance to the Netherlands.

Key duties include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction and commercial contracts, resolving disputes, and advising on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (NQ to 2 years PQE) with commercial contracts experience.

Responsabilités

• Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts (including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC) and commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support to the Great Britain, Ireland, and Netherlands business units.
• Resolve legal disputes arising from construction projects, supply chain arrangements, and service operations.
• Develop, implement, and update relevant legal policies and guidelines.
