Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a commercial, QS assistant, or contracts administration role within construction.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts and commercial processes.
  • CSCS card holder and SMSTS certification (or working towards).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with PQQ's and tender submissions for new projects.
  • Review and record all new contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate material and equipment orders in line with project schedules.
