Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Communications & Marketing Executive for a Construction & Property client in Croydon. Salary £28,000-£33,000, immediate start, hybrid/onsite depending on project needs.

You’ll craft content for websites, LinkedIn, case studies and internal comms while visiting live projects to capture stories. You should have 1-2 years marketing experience, strong writing and imagery sense, be organised and proactive, with an interest in construction.

• Proactive with initiative to see tasks through.
• Interest in construction, property, architecture or built environment.
• Degree welcome but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging content for websites, LinkedIn and company communications.
• Write project updates, case studies and stories that bring projects to life.
• Coordinate photography, video shoots and creative suppliers.
• Support marketing plans, events, award submissions and branded materials.
• Build relationships across the business to uncover stories worth sharing.
