Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Building Services or Commercial Project Manager.
• Exposure to multiple discipline commercial and industrial projects.
• Understanding of costings and estimating of projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce professional cost schedules and tender submissions.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and assessments for project evaluation.
