A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Kent. The role involves managing diverse projects in the construction and building services sectors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards. Candidates should possess strong commercial knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience in project management, particularly with NEC and JCT contracts. A proactive attitude and full UK Driving License are essential. Salary is up to £60,000 PA plus package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Building Services or Commercial Project Manager.
• Experience with specialist commercial and industrial projects.
• Familiarity with NEC and JCT forms of contract.
• Full UK Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality cost schedules and tender submissions.
• Engage proactively with clients to understand project requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive site visits and assessments.
