Construction Auditor

As a Construction Auditor, you'll ensure contractors complete repairs correctly and efficiently. Reporting to the Audit Manager, you'll support network contractors and colleagues to deliver a compliant and competitive service. Experience and qualifications in construction are ideal.

Your responsibilities will include auditing repairs using video technology and site visits, ensuring compliance with schedules, and presenting findings. You'll liaise with contractors for schedule adjustments, provide technical and mediation assistance, and offer guidance on scheduling and new services.

This role combines office and remote work, providing data to evidence compliance. You'll assist with analysis, reporting, and developing personal goals. Further training in Quantity Surveying and supporting the Technical Team are also part of the role.

Ideal for someone with a strong construction background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact.
