A leading energy company in the UK is seeking a Construction Assurance Manager to ensure safety and quality across construction projects. The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification and extensive experience in construction management. The role involves compliance verification, stakeholder engagement, and driving innovative solutions. A current driving license is required for site travel. Base Location: Swindon, Melksham, Bournemouth, New Forest, Salisbury, Andover
Salary: £61,620 - £72,592 + car /car allowance + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As a Construction Assurance Manager reporting to the Project Director, you will be influential in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality across our construction projects.
You are expected to lead with authority and ensure compliance with construction phase plans, project quality plans, legislation, and standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continual improvement. This role is critical in delivering substantial contributions to our net-zero future, offering vast scope for leadership and innovation.
Regular travel is required to different sites. As a result, we can only accept applications from candidates that hold a current driving licence.
