Construction Associate / Senior Associate

4 YRS PQE , 5 YRS PQE , 6 YRS PQE , 7 YRS PQE , 8 YRS PQE , 9+ YRS PQE

For a Construction lawyer, this is a real opportunity to shape a role around your strengths.

There is an established practice already in place, handling high-profile disputes and transactions, with real scope for you to contribute to its continued growth, whether your focus is contentious, non-contentious or a mix of both.

You may bring experience advising on construction contracts (including JCT and NEC), knowledge of BSA regulation, or be more disputes-focused with experience in litigation and arbitration.

As a mid to senior level associate, a desire to run your own caseload, with support, is welcomed, as is an interest in business development and the chance to build a meaningful role in the team’s expansion, developing your own career alongside.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Construction solicitor to specialise in transactional matters based in Milton Keynes. I’m working with a modern and forward-thinking commercial law firm in the Thames Valley that is looking to grow its specialist Construction team with the hire of a Construction Solicitor, ideally with 4–6 years’ PQE and a focus on non-contentious work.
