Qualifications

You'll be involved in a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, advising clients across a range of sectors. The role includes:

  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
  • Advising on project risk and contract management
  • Handling disputes through adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and litigation
  • Supporting the firm's Commercial Property and Corporate teams on construction-related matters
  • Engaging in business development and networking to grow the team's profile
  • Contributing to thought leadership through briefings, seminars, and client updates
  • You'll have the autonomy to shape your practice while being supported by a forward-thinking team and leadership.
