Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Conservatory Surveyor to measure, assess and document customer requirements in the central belt of Scotland. You will deliver accurate drawings and collaborate with our team to facilitate timely installations.

The role requires NVQ level 3 in Surveying or equivalent, experience in installing uPVC products, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A full driving licence and strong customer communication are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience in surveying in the window and door industry.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi task, organise and be a good problem solver.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Make arrangements with the customer to carry out their technical survey in line with survey completion targets.
• Travel within the region to undertake the customer''s survey with accurate measurements and drawings.
• Confirm with the customer that details and designs are suitable and understood, offering solutions when needed.
• Liaise with the wider Anglian team reporting discrepancies or changes after surveying the property.
• Input survey details onto the survey network and order materials as required.
• Deal with issues or changes in a timely manner.

Are you a Surveyor seeking a new opportunity with OTE of up to £60k PA plus? Do you have a Conservatory, or a home improvement background ? At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for a Conservatory Surveyor to work within in and around the central belt of Scotland. Our Conservatory Surveyors are responsible for verifying the customers contractual requirements and providing accurate measurements and drawings to facilitate a timely and successful installation. OurSurveyor,Field Surveyor, EstimatorsorWindow and Door Surveyor's, will be excellent communicators and provide outstanding service to our customers.

What the role entails

• Making arrangements with the customer to carry out their technical survey in line with our survey completion targets
• Travelling within the region to undertake the customer's survey following our high standards, to ensure accurate measurements and drawings are provided in line with our Right first time, methodology
• Confirm with the customer all details and designs ordered are suitable, ensuring they are happy to proceed and have a full understanding of what they have ordered as well as offering solutions where applicable.
• Liaise with the wider Anglian team reporting any discrepancies or changes which need to be made after surveying the customers property
• Input survey details onto the survey network and order materials as required
• Dealing with any issues or changes that may occur in a timely manner

What we Need
