The People Pod in Gloucester is hiring skilled UPVC Conservatory Installers / Window Fitters for a permanent PAYE role. You will remove and replace conservatory roofs, install UPVC windows and doors, and perform precise site measurements to ensure insurance-standard workmanship.

Qualifications

Experience installing and replacing conservatories and conservatory roofs.
Window/door fitting experience (UPVC).
NVQ Level 2 in Fenestration is preferred.
Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Remove and replace conservatory roofs using hand and power tools (primary focus).
Install and repair conservatories to insurance standards.
Fit windows, doors, and UPVC products where required.
Take accurate site measurements and carry out bespoke adjustments.
Complete repair and replacement works professionally and efficiently.
Clear site and maintain professional presentation.
Support and mentor assistant fitters.
Work independently while maintaining high safety standards.
