An environmental organization in the UK is seeking a Conservation Team Manager to lead and manage the Reserves Officers team. Conservation Team Manager

We are looking to recruit a Conservation Team Manager, a strong and practical people person who can help deliver the Trust’s nature restoration objectives. Combining logical thinking, project and budget management skills with imagination and determination, you will manage our team of Reserves Officers across the county, drive plans forward, empower the team, prioritise effectively and respond to swift changing demands.

Initially you will manage all the Reserves Officers as one team. Anticipated in Spring/early Summer 2026 the role will be split across two areas in line with the revised Unitary Authority structure due to local government devolution.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nature restoration objectives across Surrey.
  • Manage and develop Reserves Officers team.
  • Plan and manage budgets and projects.
