Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of conformance test engineers.
• Plan and run sprint ceremonies and prioritise test objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive conformance testing strategy.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and schedules.
• Drive risk-based testing with regulatory coverage.
• Organise a full test lab, manage resources and scheduling.
• Oversee test execution, document results, and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and certification partners.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements in testing.
