Job summary

Raytheon UK in Glenrothes is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join the Quality team on a permanent onsite basis. You will assist with creating and maintaining standard configuration and data management processes, ensuring compliance with customer and internal requirements, and supporting audits.

Key duties include maintaining company MRP and data management systems, managing program baselines, and facilitating change control in line with Raytheon procedures.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint, capable of creating agendas/minutes and chairing meetings.
  • Essential: Excellent communication and attention to detail; able to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Essential: Work to timescales, be proactive, reliable and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and populate configuration and data management systems in line with standard Raytheon processes.
  • Create and maintain program baselines and related documentation.
  • Administer change control procedures and interface with stakeholders.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.
  • Input to configuration reporting and metrics; manage archival of documents.

About The Role

A member of the Configuration team assisting with the creation and maintenance of Raytheon standard processes and procedures for Configuration and Data Management.

Skills And Experience
Essential
  • Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Experience in creation of agenda’s / minutes and chairing meetings.

Responsibilities
  • To facilitate & support the identification & implementation / flow down of required Customer,
  • Company & Regulatory requirements.
  • To ensure compliance to Customer and internal requirements.
Main Duties
  • Population and maintenance of the Company MRP & Data management Systems.
  • Creation and maintenance of Program baselines.
  • Administer Configuration and Data Management in line with RSL standard processes and practices.
  • Customer requirements and relevant Program security requirements.
  • Responsible for the Change Control Board ( CCB ) in accordance with the Raytheon CCB Procedure and customer requirements.
  • Interfacing and communication with functional areas and customers.
  • Support external agency, accreditation body & customer audits.
  • Issue and control of customer and internal work instructions and procedures.
  • Input to Configuration reporting and metrics.
  • Archive and maintain customer and RSL documentation and software in a suitable Data Management repository as defined by internal and customer requirements.
  • Support the use of the company life cycle management systems ( IPDS ) as required by the allocated programs.
  • Participate in process improvements via the use of Raytheon CORE.
  • Participate in effective & timely closure of actions received from Audit NC's/internal and Customer 8D's.
