Job summary

Media Search Inc. is seeking a Conference Producer to deliver large-scale, invitation-only conferences in Data and Legal sectors. You will oversee concept to delivery, produce 3-4 events per year, and guide cross-functional teams to success.

This hybrid role is based in central London (3 days in office / 2 days at home) with travel internationally to events. Salary starts at £40,000 with profit share and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year B2B experience in sales or content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management.
• Confident communicator with project leadership.
• Strong copywriting to create engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3–4 events per year.

About the role:

Exciting opportunity to join a thriving events business that delivers invitation-only conference and networking events across Data and Legal sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce 3-4 events per year
• Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics
• Create cutting edge agenda and recruit C-level speakers
• Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
• Project Manage events from concept to delivery – set the vision and see it come to fruition
• Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally.
