You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering market‑leading international conferences that connect senior industry leaders and drive real business growth.

We're looking for an ambitious Conference Producer or Senior Producer (depending on experience) who is ready to take ownership of 34 flagship events across our established B2B brands. If you thrive on research, content creation, and building relationships with top executives, this is your chance to make a global impact.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead from the front: Research industry trends and design compelling event agendas that reflect cutting‑edge insights.
  • Create & curate: Develop persuasive content and marketing copy that excite delegates, sponsors, and speakers alike.
  • Build influence: Engage advisory boards and senior stakeholders to ensure your events stay relevant and high‑impact.
  • Connect with leaders: Recruit senior executives and thought leaders to speak at your events.
  • Collaborate & grow: Work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, sponsorship, and operations to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Drive results: Develop strategies to expand each event's reach, profitability, and market standing.
What we're looking for
  • Strong research and communication skills, confident conducting interviews and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing ability, able to craft persuasive agendas and marketing copy.
  • Commercial mindset: Comfortable in roles involving relationship‑building, sales, or project management.
