The Conference Producer plays a central role in shaping the content and experience of our market-leading events. This position involves collaborating across all departments, taking the lead in understanding specific markets and developing compelling conference programmes, webinars, and other content for the brands under your care. A key aspect of this role is owning the entire speaker journey, from initial outreach to on-site management and post-event engagement. Your day-to-day could involve conducting research calls with senior Talent Acquisition executives, analysing delegate lists to understand attendee trends, proofing and providing feedback on marketing materials, or meticulously planning the logistics for our event speakers. Conference production is a dynamic and rewarding career, requiring a proactive approach to meet deadlines and performance targets, and a commitment to evaluating and developing your own work to achieve excellence.
We know that not every candidate will have every single thing on this list, but if you believe you have the majority of the skills and experience we're looking for, we'd still love to hear from you. We highly value a positive attitude and a strong bias for action.
