A hospitality group is seeking a leader for their Conference & Events team in Thame, England. The successful candidate will ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction while maximizing revenue. Experience in hospitality, particularly with events and banqueting, is essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for training and growth.

Responsible for leading the Conference & Events team, you’ll lead from the front and work together with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity. Working closely with the Events & Group Sales team to plan and execute each event, meeting the client’s expectations.
Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our hotel is a 4*, 154‑bedroom property and has the Spires restaurant and bar & lounge area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
