Kingdom People Limited are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a confectionery manufacturer in Blackpool (FY4 4NQ). The role involves assisting in production, quality checks and packing to food safety standards. Rotational shifts, typically 36.5 hours per week, with temp-to-perm possible after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts on a rotational basis.

Responsabilités

• Work in a food manufacturing environment with adherence to food safety standards.
• Measure and add ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate machinery and equipment and take responsibility for product manufacture after training.
• Inspect finished products for quality control.
• Follow health, safety and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely production.
• Lift trays up to 5 kg.
