Job summary

Venesky-Brown are recruiting experienced Concrete Operatives/Finishers for airside works at Glasgow Airport. The project will mainly involve concrete preparation, pours and finishing works alongside formwork and steel fixing teams.

Duties include preparing areas ahead of pours, placing and finishing concrete, vibrating, levelling and finishing concrete, floating and trowelling, and concrete repairs. Candidates must hold a valid CSCS card and be available for Sunday to Thursday night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous Concrete Operative/Finishing experience.
• Valid CSCS Card – physical card required.
• Available for Sunday to Thursday night shifts.
• Able to complete Glasgow Airport Airside Pass process.

Details

• Location: Glasgow Airport - Airside
• Shift: Sunday to Thursday nights
• Pay: £22.48 per hour Monday-Thursday/£25.35 per hour Sunday
• Employment: PAYE

Essential Requirements

• Previous Concrete Operative/Finishing experience

Airside Pass Requirements

Successful applicants must be able to provide:

• Fully verifiable 5-year employment/history
• 5-year address history
• Valid photographic ID
• Employment/gap references where required
• Information required for DBS checks

Previous experience on major civils, infrastructure, airport or reinforced concrete projects would be advantageous.
