Job summary
Joseph Gallagher Limited is seeking a Concrete Finisher to place, level, compact and finish concrete surfaces on-site in Redcar. You will assist with formwork and reinforcement before pours, ensuring the work meets project specifications and safety standards.
The role requires collaboration with site supervisors and engineers, with a strong focus on maintaining quality and a clean, safe workspace on site.

- Place, level, compact and finish concrete surfaces to the required standard.
- Carry out a range of concrete finishing techniques, including trowelling, edging and surface treatments.
- Assist with the preparation of formwork and reinforcement prior to concrete pours.
- Ensure finished concrete meets project specifications and quality requirements.
- Work closely with site supervisors, engineers and other trades to deliver project milestones.
- Identify and rectify defects where required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Comply with all health, safety and environmental procedures.
