Responsibilities

  • Managing purchase orders and additional charges.
  • Handling invoice queries and ticket requests.
  • Booking orders for the sales team.
  • Managing the order inbox and diary.
  • Providing customer service support and communication.
  • Following company procedures to ensure quality work.

Job description

Here at the Mick George Group we are currently recruiting a Concrete Administrator to join the team.

Location: Mick George Head Office

Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am – 5pm, Occasional Saturday work as and when required. (additional hours if required)

Pay: To be discussed at interview

The role will heavily rely on a positive, customer service focused individual who thrives in fast paced environment. Day to day involvement with all the Concrete Team, supporting customers with their orders, answering the phone lines, organising order inboxes, Ensuring the customer has the ultimate experience where they can, with various administrative tasks from taking and booking on orders, managing enquiries, helping with invoice queries, tickets requests, portal use, reports, QC checks, inboxes etc.

Responsibilities to include
  • Checking purchase orders are added to jobs and additional charges required.
  • Invoice Queries & Ticket Requests
  • Booking on orders for sales team and customer service if required.
  • Organising refunds for customers for sign off.
  • Diary/Inbox management
  • Using multiple systems.
  • Back up customer service communicating with customers, managing expectations, ETAS, and updating on delays
  • Following procedures in place to ensure work is completed correctly
  • Making sure attention to detail is of the highest standard
  • Organising invoice query and complaint details for directors
  • Any adhoc duties required by the department
Skills & Competencies Required
  • Computer literate & Microsoft Office Skills
  • Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary
  • Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience within the construction/ aggregates/ waste industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Driven and pro-active individual
