A community support organization in Sheffield is seeking a Concierge Officer to manage security, provide excellent customer service, and support young residents. The role requires previous experience in concierge services and a compassionate approach to young people. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Concierge Officer to join our Foyer team in Sheffield permanently.
The Foyer houses a diverse client group, including young people from varied backgrounds and cultures. Our Sheffield Foyer provides accommodation, training and support to help young people who have been affected by homelessness to live independently and find a pathway into employment. As a Concierge Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and smooth operation of the building, while providing a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house service to residents, visitors, and external partners.
This role operates on a shift pattern of 16:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday, working 35 hours per week.
