• Part-time (15 hours) (Saturday / Sunday from 10am -6pm)
• Based in Plaza 1821

The role

As a Concierge you will provide a first‑class service to residents Plaza 1821. You will respond to residents queries and ensure problems are resolved effortlessly and to an exceptionally high standard.

You will be the first point of contact for residents and raise any emergency call outs / jobs. You will be there to greet new tenants, introduce them to the building as well as conduct viewings for prospective tenants. As you are covering weekends you will also have involvement in arranging resident events.

You will also be monitoring the general upkeep of the building.

• You must have experience of working in a customer focused environment.
• You will have excellent time management skills to prioritise your own workload meeting targets and achieving results.
• You will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
• You are a self‑confident decisive resilient person and have the ability to work under pressure individually and as part of a team.
• You have good ICT skills with Microsoft Office.
