Our client is currently looking for Concierges to provide maintenance support across a rapidly growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties in and around the central Leicester area.

The ideal candidate will have interpersonal skills and a ‘hands on’ attitude towards work.

It is essential candidates have a full driving licence for this role. If not, you need not apply.

• Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and tidy

• Mowing lawns and surrounding grass areas, weeding and planting flowers
• Maintain the surrounding areas, such as gardens, footpaths and driveway areas
• Comply with company health and safety policy
• Thoroughly report any additional property maintenance issues found
• Carry out general trade related tasks, including basic joinery, plumbing, painting & decorating
