Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide personalised assistance and information to clients, staff and visitors at our London Head offices. Manage enquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring a safe and positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and staff
  • Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations for local facilities, services and attractions
  • Assist in the coordination of client meetings
  • Preparing and clearing meeting rooms for clients
  • Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints
  • Provide support to the Receptionist staff
  • Liaising with security, housekeeping, cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure that safety, security and cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
  • Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings
  • Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
Regulatory and Compliance
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills both written and verbal with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a flexible approach to managing a fast-paced front of house role
  • Previous experience working within a Front of House or concierge role would be desirable, and experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Willing to undertake training relevant to the role (i.e. Fire Warden, First Aid, DSE Assessment)
  • Computer Literacy: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook and Office Suites
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks and interactions
  • Security awareness: understanding security protocols and procedures
