GLL is looking for a Concierge at Abbey Leisure Complex in Cambridge. If you have a passion for people and the ability to deliver a first-class customer service experience, this is more than just a Concierge job—it's a career.

As a Receptionist, you'll make a difference to every person who walks through our centres, whether through a warm welcome or by selling memberships to enhance their lifestyle. Your role involves responding to enquiries, converting them into memberships, answering calls, handling transactions, and supporting outreach projects. Your focus will be on ensuring our customer service remains at the highest level at all times.

What you’ll do:

1. Be the first point of contact for customers.
2. Answer incoming calls.
3. Handle transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling.
4. Manage membership enquiries and sales.
5. Set up equipment.
6. Support your team daily, preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls, and maintaining the cleanliness of the centre.

What you need:

1. A strong focus on customer service.
2. Passion and personality.
3. Knowledge of health and safety.
4. Teamwork skills.
5. Good IT, literacy, numerical, and communication skills.
6. Some administrative experience.
