  • Provide effective feedback and implement intervention strategies for student progress.
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
  • Act as a tutor, offering pastoral support and guidance to a designated group of students.
  • Engage proactively with parents/carers regarding student progress and well‑being.
  • Uphold the academy's values and actively contribute to the wider life of the school community.
