Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment Manchester is seeking a Computer Science Teacher to inspire students across KS3 and GCSE in schools throughout Greater Manchester. You will deliver engaging CS lessons, from programming to algorithms, with flexible daily supply or longer-term roles.

The role offers local placements, an inhouse payroll service and competitive pay reflecting subject knowledge and teaching expertise. QTS/QTLS and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is essential.
• Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and GCSE.
• Strong subject knowledge including programming, algorithms and digital literacy.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Good references supporting your CS teaching specialty.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to obtain one).
• Overseas Police Checks where applicable.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
