We're seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Norwich. This is a long-term role starting January 2026, running through to July 2026, with the potential for extension or permanent placement. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of digital innovators and IT professionals in a school known for its supportive leadership and commitment to academic excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Computer Science lessons across KS3-KS5.
  • Foster students' digital literacy and problem-solving skills through practical and theoretical learning.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment where all students feel motivated to achieve.
  • Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
  • Experience teaching Computer Science or IT within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver the national curriculum confidently.
