The Education Network is seeking a qualified Computer Science Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in South Tyneside on a long-term basis. You will teach CS to KS3 and KS4, plan engaging lessons, and track pupil progress.

Applicants should have QTS or equivalent, solid CS experience at secondary level, and strong classroom management to motivate students of all abilities. This is a main pay scale role with checks and safeguarding measures in place.

Are you a qualified computer science teacher looking for a new position in a supportive secondary school? The Education Network is working with a school in the South Tyneside area that are seeking a computer science teacher to join their team as soon as possible, on a long term basis.

The Role

• Teaching Computer Science to KS3 and KS4 students
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Assessing and tracking student progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
• Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills

Please note, this is a main pay scale role and the pay range of £162.31 - £251.71 is linked to your current teacher pay scale.
