• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality, stimulating Computer Science lessons across all key stages.
• Assess and Report: Accurately assess, monitor, record, and report on student progress, providing timely feedback.
• Curriculum Contribution: Actively contribute to the development and resourcing of the departmental curriculum.
• Maintain Standards: Enforce and maintain high expectations for student conduct and academic performance in line with academy policy.
• Professional Development: Participate fully in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school‑wide Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
• Implement Intervention: Provide effective feedback and implement intervention strategies to ensure all students achieve their potential.
• Pastoral Care: Act as a Tutor (form teacher), offering pastoral support and guidance to a designated group of students.
• Parental Engagement: Proactively engage with parents/carers regarding student progress and well‑being.
