Computer Science Teacher – Dudley

An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Dudley is seeking a committed Computer Science Teacher to join their team from October 2025. This is a full-time, long-term supply role ideal for a teacher who is passionate about preparing students with the digital skills they need for the future.

The Role

You will deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering topics such as programming, algorithms, networks, and data representation. The role involves supporting students to develop both technical ability and problem-solving skills, as well as encouraging them to explore the real-world applications of computing. The school has strong IT facilities and a supportive department, giving you the tools to deliver high-quality teaching.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will hold QTS (or equivalent) and have experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level. You should have excellent subject knowledge, a creative approach to teaching, and strong behaviour management skills. A willingness to contribute to extracurricular computing or coding clubs would be highly regarded.
