Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Compressors) in Birmingham to service and repair compressors and air systems across commercial and industrial sites.

You will travel to customer sites, inspect, service, and maintain equipment, with door-to-door pay, uncapped overtime, and a company van plus fuel card. This role requires a mechanical background and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Engineer or compressor specialist.
• Mechanical background with equipment maintenance skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and stay away when required.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, servicing, maintaining, and repairing compressors and air systems.
• Working on compressors, filters, dryers, and associated compressed air equipment.
• 40 hours per week, with door-to-door pay and uncapped enhanced overtime, plus occasional stays away.
