Overview

Compressed Air Engineer – Chester

Location: Chester
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £32,000 - £47,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £55,000+ per annum

Responsibilities
  • Perform servicing, maintenance, and installation work on compressed air systems, including air compressors, control systems, pipework, and air treatment controls.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults to ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, delivering a high standard of service.
  • Complete reports and maintain accurate job records.
  • Provide technical support and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with compressed air systems is essential. A minimum of five years\' experience is preferred, though applications with less experience will be considered.
  • A Level 3 qualification in a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours when required.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
