The role

You will be involved in developing a brand new composites facility, implanting brand new equipment, technology and processes. It is important to bring the whole team on the journey, so listening to current frustrations on the shopfloor and making improvements so it optimises everyone's day to day! The overall goal is to create a facility that can produce even higher quality parts, faster and more efficiently.

What we need from you
  • Previous composites facility build / facility development / composite manufacturing improvement experience
  • Continuous improvement / lean manufacturing mindset
  • Strong composites manufacturing knowledge
  • Experienced with stakeholder management / engagement
