Qualifications

• Experience in a composite manufacturing environment is essential.
• Knowledge of PolyWorks Metrology Suite required.
• Experience with Romer Arms and Laser Trackers is important.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished and in-process composite components.
• Write and execute inspection programs using PolyWorks Metrology Suite.
• Perform geometric validation of jigs, patterns, moulds, and composite parts.
• Use Romer Arms and Laser Trackers for dimensional inspection.

Skills

Previous experience within a composite manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of PolyWorks Metrology Suite

Experience using Romer Arms and Laser Trackers

Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings

We are looking for an experienced Composite Inspector to support our Composite Inspection team on a weekend night-shift contract through a critical period of the season.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection of finished and in-process composite components
• Writing and executing inspection programs using PolyWorks Metrology Suite
• Geometric validation of jigs, patterns, moulds, and composite parts
• Use of Romer Arms and Laser Trackers for dimensional inspection
• Clear and concise communication of quality and inspection reports
• Supporting busy production periods with a flexible and proactive approach
• Working professionally at all times within the company reporting structure
• Maintaining and developing skills to industry standards
• Upholding Health & Safety requirements at all times

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience within a composite manufacturing environment.
