A leading composites R&D firm in SW London is seeking an experienced Composite Laminator for a temporary role with high potential to become permanent. Responsibilities include laying up composite materials, preparing moulds, and assisting in prototype part manufacture. Ideal candidates will have experience in composites, pay attention to detail, and be team-oriented. The hourly rate ranges from £17 to £19 based on experience, offering the chance to work on innovative projects with real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Composite Laminator or related role.
• Confident with hand lay-up and working with pre-preg materials.
• A team player who can work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lay up composite materials into moulds per instructions.
• Prepare moulds and tools, including cutting and applying release agents.
• Assist in the manufacture of prototype parts and test samples.
