Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies in Milton Keynes is seeking a Composite Laminator to support high‑performance automotive and aerospace innovation. You will interpret technical instructions, prepare tooling, and execute lamination tasks with pre-preg materials to strict specifications.

The role involves using MES/MRP systems, laser projection, and precision measurement tools, with a focus on right-first-time outcomes and safe, compliant production practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/interpret technical instruction (drawings, laminating manuals, etc).
• Experience with pre-preg materials and laminate specification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO and 6S lean compliance in production.
• Input data into MES & Production tools accurately and on time.
• Prepare production tooling per SPS.
• Manufacture composite tooling and components per instructions and signoff processes.
• Operate laser projection equipment for key measurements.
• Carry out Romer measurements and Laser Tracker scans as required.
