Job summary

You will lead technical and people development, collaborate with manufacturing and project teams, and drive continuous improvement across the laminating department in a fast-paced racing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of composite manufacturing processes and production techniques.
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and sign-off requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD data.
• Proficient in common manufacturing software and MS Office.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality and delivery targets.
• Manage workflow, production priorities and capacity planning in collaboration with Project Management and key stakeholder teams.
• Provide strong technical and behavioural leadership, supporting team performance, training and ongoing development.
• Maintain health and safety standards through risk assessments, COSHH management, incident reporting and regular team communications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support digitalisation projects and contribute directly on the shop floor when required.
