Marine Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Composite Boat Builder to join a busy marine manufacturing team in Lee-on-the-Solent. This contract role focuses on the structural construction and assembly of boats using composite materials, with emphasis on quality and precision.

The successful candidate will work hands-on, reading technical drawings and collaborating with laminators to meet build deadlines in a demanding marine environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in composite boatbuilding or marine manufacturing.

Composite Boat Builder (Structural)

Location: Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire

Job Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Composite Boat Builder to join a busy marine manufacturing team in Lee-on-the-Solent.

This is a hands-on role focused on the structural construction and assembly of boats, working with composite materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in production boatbuilding, structural bonding and composite assembly.
