As the Compliance Technologist, you'll take ownership of the site's compliance agenda - leading quality systems, technical documentation, and supplier assurance across a vibrant, hands‑on manufacturing environment. This role offers real influence, autonomy, and the chance to make a measurable impact on food safety, quality, and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Champion technical compliance across the business, ensuring all systems, policies, and documentation meet BRCGS, retailer, and legislative standards.

Lead customer‑facing technical activity - from managing specifications and new line forms to responding to technical queries and audits with professionalism and accuracy.

Oversee packaging compliance and artwork approvals, guaranteeing all labelling, claims, and declarations are accurate, legal, and consistent with brand standards.

Drive supplier assurance and raw material risk management, including supplier approval, ongoing assessments, and performance reviews.

Maintain and develop the Quality Management System, internal audit schedule, and traceability processes to ensure continual improvement and audit readiness.
