A leading housing organization in the UK is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met across its housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and experience in property management. This role supports the mission of empowering women by providing excellent housing services and safety standards.
Reporting to the Director of Property and Estates Services, the Compliance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring Women's Pioneer Housing meets all legal and regulatory obligations related to property safety and compliance across our housing portfolio. You will ensure the effective coordination of safety processes, responding to operational needs, and supporting compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Upon completion, we will manage over 1,000 social housing properties, including our first high-rise building (above 18 metres). To support this expansion, we have developed this new role. You will bring flexibility, strong organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach ensuring our buildings are safe and our residents and stakeholders receive an excellent service.

These are exciting times for Women's Pioneer Housing. We are developing 160 new homes for single women in West London, which will be let to social housing residents in 2026, as well as a brand-new office at our permanent site at White City in West London.
