Job summary

Lifted Entertainment (Part of ITV Studios) seeks a Compliance Researcher for a returning reality series. You will conduct background checks with high accuracy, using Google and social media to verify candidates for casting and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have prior Compliance or Casting Research experience in entertainment, a meticulous approach, and a proven track record in background checking to a high standard. Hybrid UK-based role with some office presence.

ROLE: Compliance Researcher

Lifted Entertainment (Part of ITV Studios) are looking for a Compliance Researcher to join the team on a returning reality series. We are looking for a diligent and conscientious team of Compliance Researchers who have experience working in entertainment/fact-ent or reality. You must have a proven track record in the background checking process and be confident and proficient in using Google and social media to complete these checks. Attention to detail and carrying out background checks to an extremely high standard is a must. The minimum criteria for this role must include previous experience as a Compliance Researcher or Casting Researcher.

DATES: Early March 2027, with the contract length to be confirmed at a later date.

LOCATION: Mixture of home working and from our office at ITV White City
