Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the programme plan and milestones for EICR testing.
• Coordinate activity across internal teams and contractors to meet standards.
• Lead risk-based prioritisation and recovery strategies.
• Chair progress meetings and report on risks and decisions.
• Oversee procurement and contract award in line with policies.
• Manage contractor performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure accurate financial forecasting and budget control.
• Maintain governance frameworks and compliance documentation.
• Produce dashboards and reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis.
