Job summary

Apollo Fire Detectors is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to support the organisation-wide compliance framework from its Havant site. You will help implement policies, coordinate risk assessments, and monitor regulatory changes across departments to build a strong, compliant culture.

This role offers development opportunities, a structured environment, and collaboration with the Governance Risk and Compliance Manager to manage risk and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, risk, audit, quality or a regulated environment.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Confident communicator with attention to detail.
• Able to analyse information, spot gaps and follow actions through.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of compliance policies, controls and documentation.
• Coordinate risk assessments, evidence collection and internal audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact.
• Assist supplier quality compliance checks and incident logging.
• Work with multiple departments to embed compliance across the business.
